While our initial proposal includes a basic marketing strategy, once we are retained to sell your company, we will prepare a detailed marketing plan.

By this time in the process, we will have a good idea of the type of buyer most likely to buy your company. Our marketing plan will differ depending on whether we are targeting an individual buyer, an industry (strategic) buyer, or a private equity group buyer.

While we target our efforts toward the mostly likely buyer type, we leave the door open for buyers of a different category.
