Buyer Profile and Marketing Plan
While our initial proposal includes a basic marketing strategy, once we are retained to sell your company, we will prepare a detailed marketing plan.
By this time in the process, we will have a good idea of the type of buyer most likely to buy your company. Our marketing plan will differ depending on whether we are targeting an individual buyer>, an industry (strategic) buyer, or a private equity group buyer.
While we target our efforts toward the mostly likely buyer type, we leave the door open for buyers of a different category.
