Selling Your Company, Step 1:
Meet with You in Your Office
The first step in our selling a business process it to meet with you, preferably at your office. We want to get a better understanding of your business and your goals. If possible, we like to tour your facilities to better understand your operation.
We will come prepared with a list of questions for you about various aspects of your company. Of course you will have the opportunity to have your questions about selling your business answered as well.
We will keep the purpose for our visit confidential
We will not state the purpose of our visit to anyone, unless you specifically authorize us to do so. If you prefer, we can pretend to be prospective customers or investors. We can visit after hours, although we prefer to see the business in operation. The initial meeting generally takes a little over an hour
